WHY IBIBIO SHOULD STOP UYO FROM RECKLESS SELLING OF LANDS TO IBOS, ETC.
In sooth, I dug out this pen from the reservoir of tears, however pathetic, to show to the foresighted eyes of my sane, mature-minded, well-cultured and high -spirited Akwa ibomites the ills that bedevil our pride, culture, values and norms which were carefully laid down by our ever-sensible ancestors.
I have been in #Uyo for the past years and witnessed how comfortably these narcotic and corrisive-minded homo habilises, in the pathetic name of children selling their fathers ' sweats, dignity, prestige and integrity to outsiders, precisely, ibo unconscientized merchants.
Invariably, many good Mansions in my state are owned by ibos sold to them by tattered, battered and scattered children soaking the long sweats of their predecessors to dust, hence the ibos control the ECONOMY hup of my state.
All told, I call on good ibibios to warn and put an end to rascal uyo children selling the state's prestige because uyo belongs to everyone, better still, the ever perennial capital city of my state.
These loose-headed children make drinking joints their sanctuary after selling their pride for a 'chicken change'.
Where I come from and other places in Akwa ibom, we don't sell our fathers'pride to the gutters.
If I were the #Governor of Akwa Ibom state, I would certainly stop selling of our lands in strategic places to outsiders.
